Groups and Weddings

Chateau La Mer II is available for group bookings and weddings.  If your party books 3 or more units, you will receive 10% off of the rental rate for each unit.  We still require a 3 night minimum stay.

Our clubhouse may be booked at no charge and is available on a first come basis.  It will sit 50 and has a kitchen.  Your group will be responsible for cleaning the clubhouse after use.
